This Holiday Inn could be the prime place to stay in downtown Ithaca if only they had adequate parking and the staff cared even a little bit about the guests. This hotel used to be the only place we'd stay in Ithaca until the management changed. Then we felt like we were inconveniencing the hotel staff by being there. Parking is a nightmare and the managers chose to do nothing to help.
