Honda Of Ithaca - (607) 273-1926

My experience with Honda of Ithaca is that the customer service is superb. They have been more accommodating to my needs when I purchased a vehicle than any dealer I have ever purchased a vehicle from (and I have purchased a minimum of 40-50 new cars in my lifetime). Their workmanship is excellent and they do their very best to accommodate the needs of the customer. I highly recommend them for both sales and service. And if for any reason; you are unhappy, just speak with the management, and I am certain they will go out of their way to be helpful.

I moved to the Ithaca area a year and half ago and needed work done on my car. I was afraid of going to a dealer because of all the issues I had back when I was in Albany. I calledand sopke with Fran and he got me right in and took care of my car without me going to the bank. while I was waiting I looked around the sales floor and the sales people did not attack me...they were very nice and took the time to speak with me even though they knew I was just in service. I had such a good expiernce that I recommended them to friends and family and many have bought cars from them. PROS: GREAT SERVICE PEOPLE AND SALES CONS:

It's hard to say much of anything good about our local Honda dealership. Their service facility/staff is poor, poor, poor. They'll also try to rip you off for unnecessary repairs, either by design or pure ignorance, far and above what we've seen from other dealerships. The sales end is only slightly better. Uncompetitive on price, poor attitude towards customers who are seriously looking for a vehicle. Poor on-the-lot selection and little willingness to 'investigate' what's coming in soon (or available from another dealer). Take a drive away from Ithaca and find yourself another dealer -- if you want a Honda -- they can't do worse than Honda of Ithaca. PROS: Well, they are local. Not much else. CONS: Poor sales, poor service, bad attitude.
