He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell in 1977 and from there, in 1981, earned his veterinary degree and in 1983, his medical degree from the University of Rochester Medical Center.
After graduating from Cornell in 1997, Dr. DiFilippo completed an internship at the renowned Angell Memorial Animal Hospital in Rochester, where he developed a love of animals and a passion for animal care and veterinary medicine. After completing his Angeell internship, he returned to New York and began working as a veterinary assistant at Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center in October 1998.
After graduating from RIT, Dr. DiFilippo attended first grade at Cornell University to learn veterinary medicine according to the Learning Based Curriculum. There, he entered Cornell University's College of Veterinary Medicine through a reciprocal program in the fall of 1969. He stayed in Ithaca, NY to earn his PhD in veterinary medicine from Cornell's University College of Veterinary Medicine and continued his education at the University of Rochester Veterinary Medical Center in Rochester, New York, where he received his PhD in veterinary medicine and surgery.
After completing his clinical training at North Carolina State University, Dr. Zawadzki returned to New York City to finish his residency in veterinary medicine at the University of Rochester Veterinary Center in Rochester, NY. He returned to Ithaca after completing his bachelor's and master's degrees in veterinary medicine at Cornell University's College of Veterinary Medicine.
After veterinary school, he deepened his surgical education and earned his master's degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Rochester Veterinary Center in Rochester, NY. Since then, Dr. Kloc has completed his clinical training at New York State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. He has been employed since his veterinary training and has also worked in the Colic Crew and the Small Animal Crew. After her time at the Veterinary Hospital, she has been practicing veterinary medicine in Ithaca for the past two years.
He then moved to the western New York area and joined Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center, where he sought referral and specialized surgery.
Dr. Tyczka returned to West New York in 2003 and rejoined Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center. He was a member of the University of Buffalo School of Veterinary Medicine's School of Veterinary Medicine. In 2004, he returned to Cornell to complete his bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine with a focus on emergency medicine. He then practiced as an emergency veterinarian for two years before returning to the OPVMC as an internist and medical director. In 2009, he practiced at Watkins Glen Veterinary Hospital, which he bought from Dr. Kirk Peters in 2009.
