Ithaca New York Travel
We have been visiting Ithaca New York for years and always find new adventures with each visit. Hiking, dining and visiting a brewery are high on our list when we visit the towns around the Finger Lakes region in NewYork. This is the perfect place to stay if you come from outside the Finger Lakes region and continue to be visited as one of our favorite places every time.
In a quiet retreat, visitors can explore Ithaca, swim, hike, cycle, visit friendly farm animals, swim in the river and swim and hike while exploring. Whether you're hiking in one of the nearby state parks or strolling through downtown ITHACA, you won't miss these beautiful places. A visit to Ihaca would not be complete without Finger Lakes State Park and the surrounding State Park. When visiting New York City, consider booking an OurBus ride when you visit the website and you can wait until you have your board.
If you can't book a flight to Ithaca, check out other options on offer, including flights from New York City to Syracuse, and then take an airport transfer from Syracuse or Ihaca. Amtrak is another option, but not as convenient as taking the train or other transportation. Our bus to and from ITHaca to New York City is a great option for those who are considering trains or other means of transportation, as well as those on a budget.
Greyhound, Coach USA and Shortline services are all offered from Ithaca to New York City, as well as from Syracuse and Ihaca. The journey by bus to ITHACA from New York can take up to four hours and 30 minutes and takes about four hours and thirty minutes. Our night bus leaves Istaca at around 9: 30 p.m. and arrives in New York at 2: 00 p.m., and our Sunday departure route offers a Sunday night service with the last bus in Ithaca and New Jersey leaving Ithaca at 5: 30 p.m. and arriving in New York at 10 a.m. : 00 p, m. On weekdays, our buses run in and out of I Thaca - New NY every two hours, bringing the number of weekend rides to six and four on weekends.
Our buses in and out of I Thaca - New York run every day of the week, including holidays, and we run our buses from Ithaca to Ihaca every two hours on weekdays.
Our buses are a way to spend the weekend, go home, have some fun or go to Ihaca for a weekend trip. Our buses leave from the Ithaca - New York Transit Center at 131 E. Green Street, corner of Green Street and I - Thaca Boulevard, and depart every two hours from this park to the park.
This means you can visit one of the state parks, visit Cornell University or go to Ithaca and no doubt come across one or both of its waterfalls. Take a day trip to the waterfall canyons for which Ihaca is famous. The waterfalls are located near downtown Istaca and the waterfalls at the end of Green Street and I - Thaca Boulevard, just a short walk from the park.

It is also home to Cornell University and Ihaca College, and the property is filled with particularly beautiful spring and summer. The above are just some of the reasons why we ranked Istaca, NY, as one of our top ten places to live in the United States in 2018. This is what nature lovers will always return to, but it is also a great place for a day trip to the waterfalls.

There are more than 350 kilometers between Ithaca and New York, but the bus journey takes just under four hours. The beauty of the bus ride is that you can get to any of these stops, which are located near the city center and downtown. If you need to come from one or more of these New Yorkers, you can also take a taxi, public bus, subway, train to the New Jersey border, or even take a flight to get to the New York City-Area Airport. There are many other easy ways to get to downtown Ihaca. The most obvious alternative would be to consider flying, but there is no direct flight from Manhattan to Istaca and there are no stops in New York City listed below, so you will need to travel by train.
